Questions about private lessons

Do I need an account to book?
Yes. You need a free Parent Portal account in Jackrabbit, where your billing is handled. Create your account, then come back here to book.
How much does a private lesson cost?
Each instructor has their own price for 30 and 60 minutes. The price shown is the full price for that lesson.
When do I pay?
Payment is handled in your Parent Portal within 24 hours after the lesson. There is nothing to pay when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, at least 24 hours before the lesson. Email us at info@thedancehouseco.com. A cancel within 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the lesson.
What if we are running late?
The lesson still ends at its scheduled time, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
What should my dancer work on?
Anything your dancer needs: a skill that will not click, a solo or group dance to clean, flexibility or technique. Tell us in the booking form, and the instructor will plan for it.
