Three Pillars of Training
Every class we teach builds one of three pillars. Together, they make a complete dancer.
ClassicalBallet · Floor Barre · Pre-Pointe · Pointe · Legs & Lines +
Develops posture, alignment, control, and the technical precision that is the foundation to every style of movement.
Ballet
The foundation for every other style. We train alignment, turnout, strength, and control at the barre and across the floor. The stronger a dancer's ballet, the cleaner everything else becomes.
Floor Barre
Ballet technique taken to the floor. Without the demand of standing balance, dancers isolate and strengthen the exact muscles behind turnout, extension, and alignment.
Pre-Pointe
The class that prepares a dancer for pointe work. We build the ankle strength, core control, and placement a dancer needs before they ever put on a pointe shoe, so they progress safely.
Pointe
The next step for dancers who have earned it through pre-pointe. We build strength, articulation, and clean classical technique on pointe, safely and progressively.
Legs & Lines
Advanced flexibility and clean lines through the knees and feet for skills like tilts, penchés, and high extensions.
Jazz TechniqueCross Training · Turns & Leaps · Footwork · Jazz Progressions +
Develops strength, coordination, performance quality, and the dynamic range that makes choreography look intentional rather than mechanical.
Cross Training
Conditioning that supports everything else. Strength and cardio work targets the muscles a dancer's main classes don't, building endurance, balance, and injury prevention.
Turns & Leaps
Focused training on the skills dancers want most. We break down the strength and alignment behind clean pirouettes, fouettés, and traveling leaps, then build consistency.
Footwork
Fast, precise footwork drills that build speed, clarity, and control from the ankles down; the detail work that makes choreography look sharp.
Jazz Progressions
Traveling jazz technique across the floor. Dancers drill the kicks, turns, and transitions that connect individual skills into seamless movement.
ElectivesAcro · Hip Hop · Jazz/Lyrical Combo · Contemporary · Musical Theatre · Tap · Improv · and more +
Develops versatility, artistry, and the individual range that sets a dancer apart.
Acro
Tumbling and balance work, trained safely and progressively. Dancers develop handstands, walkovers, and aerials through limbering, strength, and partner drills.
Hip Hop
Grounded in the history and culture of hip hop. We train grooves, isolations, musicality, foundational breaking, and choreography.
Jazz/Lyrical Combo
A new jazz or lyrical combination every week. Dancers work on picking up choreography quickly, staying musical, and performing it cleanly with their own sense of style.
Contemporary
Modern and contemporary technique built into longer movement phrases that carry emotion and intention. Dancers learn to connect one movement to the next with fluidity, space, and musicality.
Musical Theatre
Dance the way it lives on stage. Dancers train performance quality, character, and storytelling through Broadway-style choreography.
Tap
Rhythm and sound made with the feet. Dancers build clean footwork, timing, and musicality through shuffles, flaps, time steps, and more.
Improv
Guided improvisation where dancers learn to make their own movement choices and respond to the music, the space, and the dancers around them.
Ballet, Acro & Jazz
An introduction to ballet, acro, and jazz for our youngest dancers. Through playful, creative exercises, they build coordination, flexibility, and a love of dance in a supportive class.

We don't water down the training.
Every class here is part of a structured program, taught by faculty who are educators first. They give real, specific feedback, track each dancer's progress, and teach dancers how to take a correction, retain choreography, and keep improving.
Whether a dancer comes once a week or trains on a competitive team, the standard is the same.
We train the whole dancer: technique, artistry, and the habits that make one; responsibility, consistency, focus, and a willingness to work.
