Our dress code helps create a unified, professional environment where every dancer can focus on growth and artistry.

Dress Code & Studio Shop

Our dress code ensures dancers are safe, focused, and unified in class.

To make it simple for families, we carry classical required items in our in-studio merchandise shop, including ballet shoes, ballet tights, and ballet leotards.

All other required footwear and dancewear (such as jazz shoes, hip hop sneakers, or class-specific attire) must be purchased outside of the studio.

General Rules

No accessories: Necklaces, dangly earrings, watches, Apple Watches, or cell phones in class. Stud earrings only are okay.

Hair: Must be secured back (ponytail, braid, or bun depending on class).

All Other Classes

Attire: Black, form-fitting dancewear (leotard, briefs, sports bra, shorts, or leggings).

No baggy shirts or pants unless in hop hop. No prints, designs, or patterns.

Jazz

Shoes: Bloch “Neo Flex” Slip-On Jazz Shoes in Tan.

Hip Hop

Shoes: Indoor sneakers only.

Ballet & Pointe

Leotard: Classical black leotard with no intricate cut-outs or mesh.

Tights: Capezio Ultra Soft Self Knit Waistband Back Seam Transition Tights in Ballet Pink.

Shoes: Wear Moi Canvas Vesta Ballet Shoe in Dark Pink.

Optional Skirt: Black pull-on skirt .

Hair: Slick ballet bun (gel required, no flyaways). Bun must be worn all day if dancer has ballet.

Boys: White shirt, black tights, black ballet shoes.

Preschool Program

Attire: Fitted dancewear (leotards or dance sets) in black only.

Hair: Ponytail, bun, or other secure style.

Shoes: Barefoot.
